Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Transport Studies provides primarily digital courses, software access and online services. The applicable refund terms are shown here and should be reviewed before purchase. Where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right, that law prevails.
Eligible situations
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous payment.
- A paid service was not activated after a successful payment and the issue could not reasonably be resolved.
- A material service outage prevented access for a substantial part of the paid period and an appropriate service credit or refund cannot resolve the issue.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the already-paid period. If paid subscription features have been materially used during the billing period, the unused portion is not automatically refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Course purchases
Because course content may be accessed immediately, course refunds are considered case-by-case where there is a duplicate charge, failed delivery or material technical problem. Downloaded or substantially consumed digital content is generally not refundable unless required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email parth.loya@transport-studies.com with your registered email address, order/payment reference, product name and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the transaction.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
Before you purchase
Course and subscription pages should link to this policy next to the relevant purchase or enquiry action. Prices, billing period, included features and any applicable cancellation/renewal terms should be reviewed before confirming payment.
